Online Application Refund Policy Scholarship

Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida

Candidates aspiring to join the BBA (Honours/ Honours with research) Programme offered by Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida (SCMS NOIDA) must appear for the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET – General). Being a national-level test, SET will simultaneously be conducted in the CBT (computer-based Test) mode across 68 test cities all over India.

Step I: Fill up the online registration form (common for SET and the institute you have selected)

Step II: Pay for SET and for the institute (SCMS NOIDA) Online Payment for SCMS NOIDA – Through Net Banking, account details are available on the application form.
Offline Payment for SCMS NOIDA – Through Demand Draft in favors of "Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies" payable at NOIDA to the Institute. If payment is made by Demand Draft, please mention your name and the SET ID number on the back of the Demand Draft

Step III: Print Admit Card to appear in SET.

Step IV: Appear for SET Exam.

Step V: SET Results are declared.

Step VI: Shortlisting is based on merit. If shortlisted by SCMS NOIDA, the candidate needs to attend the Personal Interaction (PI) process conducted by the institute.

Disclaimer: It is mandatory to attend all components/tests to be eligible for admission to the programme. Only candidates who attend all components/tests of the selection process shall be considered as eligible for the generation of merit / wait / reject list. Candidates who remain absent for any one of the component /tests will be considered as ineligible for selection process of the UG degree programme of SIU.

Step VII: Appear for the PI process on the date and time mentioned in the call letter. The candidate is required to be available with the documents as specified in the call letter.

Step VIII: Final result is declared on the basis of SET and PI scores, uploaded on the website.

Eligibility
Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).

Important
It is the responsibility of the candidate to ascertain whether he/she possesses the requisite qualification(s)/ eligibility for admission. Having been admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility of admission will be decided by Symbiosis International (Deemed University), subject to successful fulfillment of specified admission norms.

Intake
Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours/ Honours with research): 300 Students.

Reservation of Seats

1. Within the Sanctioned Intake:

  • Scheduled Caste: 15%
  • Scheduled Tribe: 7.5%
  • Person with Disability (PwD): 3% **

2. Over & Above Sanctioned Intake:

  • Jammu and Kashmir Migrants: 2 Seats Per Programme
  • International Students: 15% (Including PIO and NRI)

** Person with Disability (PwD) candidate means a candidate having any of the disabilities in accordance with the Persons with Disabilities Act – 1995 and as per revised Gazette of India Registered no: DL – (N)04/0007/2003-16 dated December 28, 2016. The candidate will have to get the disability authenticated from Symbiosis Centre of Health Care (SCHC). The admission may be considered as regularized only after due authentication by SCHC.


Process for International Students

Admissions of international students are centralized for all the constituent institutes of Symbiosis International Deemed University and are routed through the Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE). Apply Now SCIE earmarks 15% of the total intake of the respective program for international students which include:

  1. Foreign National (FN): A student is eligible to apply as a Foreign National (FN) if he/she is a citizen of any country other than India and holds a foreign passport.
  2. Person of Indian Origin (PIO): As per the Government of India notification dated 9th January 2015, all the existing Persons of Indian Origin cardholders registered as such shall be deemed to be Overseas Citizens of India cardholders.
  3. Overseas Citizen of India (OCI): A student is eligible to apply as OCI if he/she is granted with Overseas Citizenship of India and has an OCI card.
  4. Non Resident Indian (NRI): A student is eligible to apply as a Non Resident Indian (NRI) if he/she has appeared for either 10th or 10+2 (equivalent to the Indian 10th or 12th) examination outside India. It is mandatory for NRI students who have appeared for their 10th standard exam outside India and 12th in India to appear for the SET – General to apply for SCMS Noida. Know More

Fee Structure

* The fees mentioned here are only for the First Year of the programme. Please note that Academic Fees can be increased up to 12% over the duration of the entire programme. Government taxes (if any) would be additional as and when applicable. The exiting students will have to complete the Additional 4 credit Vocational Course for the award of Certificate or Diploma by paying additional fees at the time of intimation of the exit. @Hostel Fees can be increased up to 15% each year and Mess Fees can be increased up to 10% each year. Government taxes would be additional as and when applicable.

*Few seats are reserved as Discretionary Quota Seats. Only students with reasonable academic record and with good entrance test scores are considered for Discretionary Quota Seats. The fees for Discretionary Quota seats will be double the academic fees of open category as approved by the Fee Structure Committee, to be paid to the institute by way of online transfer/demand draft. No donation or capitation fee is charged for admission to any program at any institute of SIU. Once admission is taken in Discretionary Quota, the fees applicable to Discretionary Quota will have to be paid by the student for the entire duration of the programme.

(2) 100 Golden Jubilee Free-ships for academically and financially deserving foreign national students from conflict ridden/war affected regions by giving them an opportunity to study at SIU by covering not only the cost of all academic fees but also the hostel and mess/food fees (lodging and boarding).

Global BBA

Rooted in the philosophy of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”—The World is One Family— Symbiosis is dedicated to fostering international understanding through high-quality education. The Global BBA program exemplifies this commitment by offering students a unique opportunity to gain diverse academic and cultural experiences across multiple geographies.

Learners begin their journey by completing Semesters 1 and 2 at Symbiosis campuses in India (Pune or Noida), followed by Semesters 3 and 4 at the Symbiosis Dubai campus. The final leg of the program—Semesters 5 to 8—is completed at Deakin University, Australia. This pathway exposes students to different academic ecosystems and equips them with a global perspective.

    The registration will close on 2nd August 2025.
    Important: Please note that Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Step 3: Online Personal Interaction
    Names of eligible candidates shortlisted for Personal Interaction will be declared on 5th August 2025 on SCMS Pune website.
  4. Step 4: Appear for Online PI

    The Online PI will be conducted between 11 August to 14 August 2025. The process will include:

  5. Step 5: Merit List Announcement
    Merit list will be prepared based on:

FAQ’s 2025 – Global BBA

1) When does the Admission Process of the Global BBA program of SCMS NOIDA start?

Ans: In 2025, the admission process for Global BBA begins in the first week of July 2025. Visit https://www.scmsnoida.ac.in/ regularly for further updates.

2) Why is the Program called Global BBA - Beyond Boundaries?

Ans: The student will spend the 1st year at SCMS NOIDA/ SCMS Pune in India, the 2nd year at SIU Dubai, 3rd and 4th year at Deakin University, Australia.

3) What is the degree awarded after the Global BBA?

Ans: This is a dual degree program that will allow the students to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration - Honours/Honours with Research degree from SCMS NOIDA, and a Bachelor of Business Analytics degree from Deakin University, Australia. At SCMS NOIDA and SIU Dubai, the students will be offered exciting options to pursue majors, minors, multidisciplinary, and ability and skill enhancement courses. Students can choose majors and minors from Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. As the students transition to Deakin University, Australia, they will be exposed to a world of analytics, offering them a basket of core and elective units. The new offerings will extend brilliant opportunities for ambitious Indian students to get a two-year work visa (Extension is subject to the policy changes of the Australian Government), opening avenues for global career outcomes.
